Short Description

In the Forecasting process, the Ministry of Health participates in the Forecast Submission task. This task is received through an email. Thus the Ministry of Health following the link sent to his/hear email can log in to the application where he can submit his forecast. Along the process this actor may receive notification emails (e.g., the task has been submitted correctly) and reminder emails (e.g., the task has not been completed and it is pending).

What triggers the task: This task is triggered with a Call for forecast email, that is priorly approved by CO, RO, and HQ PM.

What happens after the task is completed: After the task is submitted, a new task is created for the Country Office, who needs either to approve the forecast or reject it.
